As Nubco’s first purpose-built store, established in 2007, our Kingston location holds a special place in our history. Over the years, this store has been a cornerstone of our service to the community, but with little transformation since its opening, we knew it was time to make some big changes.

The Kingston showroom upgrade has completely reimagined how we serve our customers. One of the standout improvements is the redesign of our service counter area. We now have dedicated transactional and trade counters, ensuring smoother, faster service for every type of customer.

Inside the showroom, we extended our shelving and reworked the layout to create a fresh, modern look and feel. New signage and end-aisle features make it easier to navigate the store, while LED lighting brightens the space, making it more inviting and enjoyable to shop. The improved retail layout is free-flowing, allowing customers to move effortlessly between sections.

Office Upgrades for Growth

The Kingston upgrade wasn’t just about improving the customer experience—it was also about accommodating our growing team. We added new office space to support the expansion of roles and personnel, ensuring our staff has the resources they need to deliver exceptional service.

Exterior Transformation

The changes don’t stop at the door. The exterior of our Kingston store has also received a stunning makeover. We painted the front of the building and installed a backlit Nubco logo that adds a striking feature to our façade. New logo signs, window stickers, and an overall refreshed look make the building more welcoming and reflective of the Nubco brand.
